Advertising Guidelines

1. All listings must be 250 words or less. Listings that exceed this word count will be assessed a surcharge.
2. Listings over 250 words will be assessed at a higher rate. Call Alicja Lisnow of NNJ-ASTD for more information at (201) 519-0545 or email Alicja Lisnow.
3. Web ads are placed on our website within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Please contact NNJ-ASTD at Alicja Lisnow or by phone at (201) 519-0545 to request that a job posting be revised ($25 fee) or removed from the www.nnjastd.org website.
5. Posting will be retained online for the time purchased unless you inform NNJ-ASTD that the position has been filled. We will email you a renewal reminder a week before the posting expires. Fee for renewal will be the same as for the original posting.
6. The information entered on the job posting will be used in its exact form. By submitting your posting, you are agreeing not to hold NNJ-ASTD responsible for errors. If, after your job is posted, you need to make a change, NNJ-ASTD will input the change at your request for an additional $25.
7. The employer must be identified. Please include the following information: company name, address, contact person, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address. All information regarding a job posting is subject to verification. Please complete the document that you receive when you purchase the posting.
8. Any misrepresentation of a position posted and/or the employer will result in the immediate removal of the posting and will disqualify the individual/employer from further participation in the posting service.
9. Position posting confidentiality cannot be maintained.
